Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer with respect to the sale and delivery of products ordered through the Touje website.

Buyer Information

The Buyer is the person who places an order through the website and whose billing and shipping details are entered at checkout.

Subject

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, payment, and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer.

Product Information

The type, quantity, color, size, sales price, payment details, and delivery information of the purchased product(s) are specified at checkout and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the full order amount using the selected payment method at checkout.

Delivery

The ordered product(s) shall be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within the estimated timeframe indicated on the website, subject to stock availability and logistics conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email within the withdrawal period.

Conditions for Return

Returned products must:

Be unused and undamaged
Be returned in original packaging
Include all accessories, if any
Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Refund Procedure

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with this Agreement, the product price will be refunded within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

If the returned product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller. In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction within the limits set by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
