Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in original condition
Show no signs of wear or damage
Be returned with original packaging and all accessories
Be accompanied by the original invoice

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, items that have been used or are no longer in resellable condition cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Return Shipping Costs

If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by Touje. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
